If you just got a follow from me and have no idea because wtf weren’t you already following me? I think tumblr unfollowed a bunch of people on me. Maybe this was over time, I don’t know, I’m really bad at keeping track of this DDDDDDDDDDDD:

I’ve readded like … 5 people so far, trying to figure…

I have no idea when people de-add me 😉 So… but I know I have had this happen on Facebook and had friends of theirs PM me asking what happened. In fact in at least one case they were removed and blocked ???? But it does cause drama because few people are willing to ask why they were removed. I also found my friend’s only content was viewable by someone I hadn’t added as a friend but they had. That was a bit unfortunate. Not that my facebook is exciting. It’s all snot and drugs and not much else atm (sinusitis is the theme du jour, previously it was kidneys)

I’m also terrible at adding people who follow me, meep. That said I like tumblr in this regard as everything is open anyway 🙂

So if anyone is following me and wondering why I haven’t followed back… I am a) slack b) tired and slack c) not sure I want so much pr0n on my dash… Mainly because I have a big ass screen in a shared space. And I have three devices and multiple browsers so it’s not as easy as just using tumblr saviour. Would much prefer to be able to filter content myself through the site. Rather than have to download multiple plugins or trust tumblr itself to  choose.

Yep, refferal to get a CT scan of my sinuses to see if there is anything viewable (i.e. PUS!!!) or not. If so they can say whether they should drain it. Also script for Roxithromycin with reservations. I have them too. I can’t have penicilin, ceclour is no longer effective so these are like my last ABs… and currently trying to damp down my immune system re RA and trying to keep it functional to fight infections.. yeah i think I am though hoping the CT is clear because these will be recurrent viral infections and the ABs have been helping in regards to anti-inflammatory effects..

Anyway. So hopefully soon- I am higher priority due to being immuno compromised.

B12 injection too! No fainting this time XD Yeah, I can eat all the B12 rich food there is but my immune system says a big SCREW THAT! so… it’s just not actually being absorbed/converted. I think absorbed. Given injections work really well.

Umm….. lots of antihistamines too 🙂 Though I am now seriously thinking Sintra for my armour as my Shae Vizla jetpack is extremelt solid thanks to using the PVC weld I have (it’s red, so cheap as no one like bleeding joins in their downpipe).

Also hooray for potatoes! Still can’t chew so I can at least have some starch by sucking on chopped up taties. At least it also feels like real food too. So nicely filling nice and quickly 🙂

Computer is back online 🙂 Didn’t remember I still had my HDD hitched up so I unhitched. Then unhitched the wrong drive and now it’s al back 🙂

Apparently SSDs have a built in 5% failure rate to avoid catastrophic failures. I can cope with that. I just have to always remember to check that I don’t have that HDD hooked up.

So. GP visit today to check my nose (might need that 3 month AB course- no, no I don’t need to “exercise” my immune system. It’s overactive but misdirected. I’m not allowed live vaccines so, no.) and B12 levels because even though I have enriched foods I do think this is areal issue again. And umm… oh maybe have a prod at my jaw because this is insane0 I can’t chew so can’t eat which means back on the Up and Go. And soup. I can make soup. Hmmmm. I feel like leek soup again. My leek and pumpkin soup was amazeballs but I’m not peeling and cutting a pumpkin while like this.

Also still freaking about my specialist visit.

And yeah today is a bit of a wasted day due to GP visit and computer wrangling. Might manage a little Heat n Bond ironing to the last of my trim. Or maybe a big nap.

You can see that the shoulder strap (under what looks like wide elastic and slide) turns in to the second collar, which goes under the outermost.. but at the back it turns in to a curvy two parter that sits over the outer collar pieces…

These might be some of my favourite replica tabs ever. Amazing. 

Thank you 🙂 Though the photos do both more and less justice to them 😉 They don’t show the super sparkle it has but it also doesn’t show a lot of the uneveness 🙂 I’m kind of letting this costume organically grow how it wants to rather than trying to be any one thing. So I hope when finished that fans of the costumes from the show can pick out the influences (Aussie dance outfit and Hamburg bold contrast) but still have it not really be from any one show. Getting the velour was a big relief 🙂 The idea of cutting the ropes, not so much but the satisfaction of stretching them in to shape, yes. Like popping bubble wrap :

So thank you 🙂 I just want it out there I’m not aiming for perfection- the embroideries are hand done (well, machines guided by hand- pretty sure the same way the Aminta embroideries are one on Cornelly machines) so very very uneven and that does affect how the structure works as well to minimise the differences. 

After my nap I’ll start getting more stones on the rest of the tabs and see if I can get someone to set up the ironing board so I can iron Heat n Bond to stabilise the uncut trim 🙂

Also, still at about 80L of fabrics and trim. I’ll see if I can do a head count of stones as well. 

I may have to redo the bodice appliques. I’d like to use the same trims on them as on the skirt to tie the whole theme together a bit more. But that’s still on the fence 🙂
