Cooooookies….

I haven’t baked in a very long time. So the fact these came out at all is a bit of a miracle.

Choc brownie cookies

Preheat bench top over to 180(C)

equal parts butter/margarine, white sugar and egg. (I based all this around one egg)

Cream butter and sugar then beat in egg

equal part cocoa ( I used Blooker)

twice part flour by volume

twice part brown sugar by volume

1t vanilla essence

Then a whole bag of chocolate chips. More chocolate than biscuit

Bake in middle of oven for 20minutes

Avoid kitchen until cooled or you will burn your mouth on the sugar. It would be better with good quality chocolate, I basically bought bad compound choc and wanted to get rid of it. My family will eat them once cooled
