(This saved as a draft rather than get published last night) I’m sort of better now! Still rashy, some joint inflammation and tired and headachy but upright and out of bed!

I can’t sleep and it’s because there is a significant discomfort in my belly. Just checking out symptoms and yes. Luckily as a sort of one off I can hopefully recover tomorrow. There are other issues already present that are making this worse. So I may need to see my GP asap.

Also rash, it’s bloody so it is an immune response which means getting it on record.
